Affiliate acknowledges and agrees that TrueLearn, LLC ("TrueLearn") is the parent company operating under the trade name "COMQUEST." All references to COMQUEST or COMPANY within this Agreement shall be understood to refer to TrueLearn, LLC, doing business as COMQUEST. TrueLearn, LLC retains all rights, obligations, and liabilities under this Agreement. Any communications, payments, branding, or marketing related to COMQUEST are conducted by and on behalf of TrueLearn, LLC.
QUALIFIED REFERRALS: A qualified referral is issued for any purchase made from the unique referral link in the amount of $80 or more. Referrals originating from coupon or deal websites will NOT be counted as a qualified referral (so please do not post your link on these types of websites). COMQUEST will make the final determination as to the amount of bonus paid based on the orders tagged, and affiliate agrees to accept such determination as final. The COMQUEST referral program will track all resulting orders and payments from customers.
Ambassadors cannot be rewarded for their own purchases or for the referral purchase of another current COMQUEST affiliate. Commissions cannot be earned for any product purchase(s) outside of the offers listed on the current promoted landing page. Only purchases made after clicking an affiliates unique campaign URL can be tracked. COMQUEST is not responsible for any referrals missed due to the incorrect sharing of a campaign URL or the inability to track due cookies being blocked on purchasers device. $0 transactions are not eligible to be counted towards commissions.
